| dc.description.abstract | لقد جاء هذا البحث بعنوان طرق تقييم أداء العاملين وأثرها على الترقية وكفاءة العاملين وقد تطرقنا إلى مفهوم الأداء وأنواعه ووسائل وطرق تقييم الأداء بالإضافة إلى مميزاتها وعيوبها أما في الفصل الثاني وعرضت إلى الترقية مفهومها وأهميتها وسلبياتها وإيجابياتها الترقيات المتبعة في المؤسسات والمنظمات العامة والخاصة ومن ثم تطرقنا الى مفهوم الأداء والكفاءة وأنواعها ومعرفة طرقها المختلفة وما يترتب على الكفاءة والفعالية من تحقيق اهداف المؤسسات المختلفة وقمنا بتطبيق هذا البحث على جمارك عطبرة وخرجنا منها بان هنالك علاقة بين الأداء ورفع كفاءة وفعالية العاملين مما ينعكس إيجاباً على المؤسسات الخاصة والعامة وخرجنا ببعض النتائج والتوصيات . Abstract This research came with the title of ways of achievement and its impact on the performance of workers. We have discussed the concept of achievement, its types and methods of achievement followed in public and private institutions and organizations, and then we have addressed the concept of promotion and efficiency, its types and knowledge of its various methods and the consequences of efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the goals of different institutions and we have applied this research to Customs institution and we got out from it that there is a relationship between promotions and raising the efficiency and effectiveness of performance, which reflects positively on private and public institutions and we came out with some results and recommendations. | |
