| dc.description.abstract | بعنوان االختيار والتعيين وأثره ف تحسين أداء العاملينوألهميةاالختيار والتعيين ف العمل االداري و التنظيمي جزء يحتل المرتبة الثانيه لعملية التنظيمية وقد اشتغل على مفهوم االختيار والتعيين و أهداف وأهمية االختيار والتعيين وذلك أشرنا إلى بعض معوقات وتحديات االختيار والتعيين وكيفيةتذليلها. كذلك جاء ف البحث مفهوم األداء وأهداف وأهمية أداء العاملين فكذلك تفرقنا للتحديات والمعوقات التي تتعرض أداء العاملين وفقد اجيرينا الدراسة الميدانية ف بنك السودان المركزي فتحدثا عن تاريخية ومسؤولياتهووظائفهفيالدولة وقد خرجنا ببعض النتائج والتوصيات . Abstract This research came under the title of selection and appointment and its impact on improving the performance of employees and the importance of selection and appointment in the administrative and organizational work, a part that occupies the second place in the organizational process. The research also came up with the concept of performance, the objectives and the importance of the performance of the workers, as well as we separated the challenges and obstacles that face the performance of the workers. | |
