| dc.description.abstract | ملخص البحث جاء هذا البحث بعنوان الاختيار والتعيين وأثره على اداء العاملين وقد تحدثنا في الفصل الأول عن الاختيار والتعيين جاء فيه مفهوم الاختيار والتعيين و أهداف وأهميه الاختيار والتعيين و أساليب الاختيار والتعيين ثم بعد ذلك تحدثنا عن مفهوم الأداء و طرق وأساليب الأداء وأنواع ومحددات ومستويات الأداء و طرق أساليب الاختيار والتعيين وفي الفصل الثالث جاءت الدراسة الميدانية مشتملة على نبذة عن مكان الدراسة وتحليل ومناقشة النتائج .
