Abstract
جاء البحث بعنوان أثر إدارة الوقت على أداء المؤسسات، بالتطبيق على جامعة الشيخ عبد الله البدري، وقد تحدثنا في الفصل الأول عن مفهوم الوقت وأهميته وخصائصه، وكذلك تحليل وتسجيل الوقت ومن ثم معوقات إدارة الوقت، وفي الفصل الثاني تحدثنا عن الأداء مفهومه وأهدافه وأهميته، وكذلك مشاكل وأخطاء تقييم الأداء، ومن ثم طرق وأساليب تقييم الأداء، وأخيرا جاء الفصل الثالث مشتملا على الدراسة الميدانية التي كانت تطبيقاً على عينة بحثية من جامعة الشيخ عبد الله البدري بربر وقمنا بتجميع النتائج ومناقشتها وخرجنا ببعض النتائج والتوصيات ، ونسأل الله العلي القدير أن ينتفع بهذا البحث كل طالب علم .
Abstract
The research came under the title of the impact of time management on the performance of institutions, applying to Sheikh Abdullah Al-Badri University, and we talked in the first chapter about the concept of time and its importance and characteristics, as well as the analysis and recording of time and then the obstacles of time management, and in the second chapter we talked about performance, its concept, objectives and importance, as well as The problems and errors of performance appraisal, and then the methods and methods of performance appraisal, and finally the third chapter came, including the field study, which was an application to a research sample from the University of Sheikh Abdullah Al-Badri Berber. Every science student.
