Item Are Dioxins the Causative Agent of Polycystic Ovaries Syndrome?(جامعة الشيخ عبدالله البدري, 2022-02-21) Mosab Nouraldein Mohammed Hamad*Abstract Stein-Leventhal syndrome (Polycystic ovaries syndrome), represent one of the major obstacles facing reproductive medicine re searchers, because there is no information about the etiology of it, and that made them fail to draw smile on faces of millions of women around the world, who are suffering from it. Scientists said that it is attributed to genetic and environmental factors, and we hypothesized that it was caused by environmental pollution by dioxins (specifically heavy metals), which disturb aryl hydrocarbon receptor and that lead to disturbing of nuclear receptors and then express genes which lead to hormonal, metabolic and immunologi cal abnormalities appear in PCOS patients. And fortunately this hypothesis supports our hypothesis about the etiology of COVID-19 and its variants, clinically and epidemiologically. PCOS can be transmitted transmammary, sexually from Dixon exposed male part ners, and due to direct exposure to Dixon either via explosion or by excessive use of makeup. Experimental studies are required to test our hypothesis.Item MNa Theory: Triple Therapy to COVID-19: Minocycline, N-acetylcysteine and Aspirin(جامعة الشيخ عبدالله البدري, 2020-04-10) Mosab Nouraldein Mohammed Hamad*COVID-19 is a universal disaster that affects the global health, economy, and restricts population movements. In this study we introduce MNa theory to treat this viral crisis using triple therapy composed from combination of that minocycline, N-acetylcysteine and Aspirin. As we haven’t facilities and no confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Sudan up to date, so we send my suggestions to save my brothers and sisters in humanity worldwide, and I hope that god bless my suggestions and gain fruitful results through animal experimentation of triple combination therapy.Item The Incidence of Leishmania donovani using RK39 and Buffy Coat Concentration Technique in Blood Donors in Gadarif State(جامعة الشيخ عبدالله البدري, 2019) Samar Osman Ali; Abel Basit Osman Hroon; Mosab Nouraldein Mohammed Hamad*ABSTRACT Visceral leishmaniasis is an endemic disease in Sudan which affects many populations certainly in Gadarif State. A hospital-based cross-sectional study was conducted at Gadarif Teaching Hospital, 100 healthy apparent blood donors were included in the study and their blood specimens were examined microscopically by buffy coat technique and serologically by rk39 and there was no positivity reported in the study. Further study must be conducted with large sample size and molecular diagnostic method (PCR) must be used.Item Vitamin D Supplements Improve Efficacy of Minocycline, N-Acetylcysteine and Aspirin Triple Therapy to COVID-19 Infection(جامعة الشيخ عبدالله البدري, 2022-04-23) Mosab Nouraldein Mohammed Hamad*Vitamin D is a fat soluble hormone, with a well explained function in bone fitness and calcium/phosphate metabolism. Current proofs have linked vitamin D to other physiological functions and pathological states. Addition of vitamin D supplements to the theorized (Minocycline, N-acetylcysteine and Aspirin) triple combined therapy to COVID-19, may improve the therapeutic efficacy of the joint therapy. Invivo and invitro laboratory experiments will confirm this theory about COVID-19 crisis.
