This research aimed to define university education university and university libraries, in terms of the concept of university library its objectives and its role in achieving the educational, administrative and technical objectives The research studied university libraries, in general. and the library of Wadi Al Neel University, in particular.
The researcher adopted the historical, and the descriptive analytical methodologies; both survey, case study, questionnaire and interview and observation tools for data collection
