محاكاة طرف صناعي باستخدام متحكم الأردوينو

Abstract

المستخلص يهدف البحث إلى تصميم طرف صناعي يحاكي عمل الطرف الطبيعي تقريباً في حركنه وحجمه وأبعاده, بحيث يمكن تحريك الطرف الصناعي لأعلي وأسفل ومع وعكس عقارب الساعة بإشارة العضلات الكهربائية (Electromayography ((EMG) التي يتم اقتباسها بواسطة الكترودات من العضلات ثم إدخالها إلى مكبر لتكبيرها ومن ثم معالجتها وترشيحها وذلك للحصول علي الإشارة المفيدة منها واستخدامها في التحكم عن طريق الأردوينو الذي يتم برمجته للتحكم في المحركات لتحريك الطرف الصناعي. تحدثنا في هذا البحث عن الأطراف الصناعية ومراحل تطورها والعضلات وأنواعها وطريقة اقتباس الإشارة كما أشرنا إلى الأجزاء المستخدمة في عملية التحكم وهي الإلكترودات ولوحة الأردوينو والمحركات ((servo motor.

ABSTRACT The idea of research is to design the prosthetic arm simulates the natural hand work, in its motion, size and dimensions so that you can move the prosthetic, Up/down and clockwise / anticlockwise by Electromayography signal are taken by electrodes from the muscles and then entered into the amplifier, filters and process for useful reference and use in control via arduino which is programmed to control the motors to move prosthetic. we talked in this search for prosthetic and stages of evolution, muscles and their types and the way taken the signal, as we pointed to the parts used in the control process they are arduino, servo motors and electrodes.
