| dc.description.abstract | تناول هذا البحث دراسة نموذج لمنشأ من الفلين )البوليسترين( بهدف التعرف على تقنية جديدة على بالدنا وتقييم جدواها االقتصادية، تم التعرف على مادة البوليسترين وصناعة ألواح البوليسترين وطريقة البناء بنظام األلواح ثالثية األبعاد ومميزات هذا النظام. تمت مقارنة تكاليف اإلنشاء بين مبنيين متماثلين ، معماريا أحدهما مبني بنظام االلواح ثالثية األبعاد واآلخر ً مبني بنظام الحوائط الحاملة وقد وجدنا أن المبني بنظام األلواح ثالثية األبعاد أغلى تكلفة من المبني بنظام الحوائط الحاملة بنسبة .%15 V Abstract: In this research, a three-dimensional wall panel system model was studied to learn about this technology and evaluate its economic feasibility in our country. The research presents polystyrene as a building material, the manufacture of polystyrene panels, and the 3D Wall Panel System and their advantages. A cost comparison was made between two buildings with the same architectural plan, one built with a 3D wall panel system and the other built with a load-bearing masonry system. It was found that the building with the 3D wall panel system was 15% more expensive than the building with the load-bearing masonry system. | |
