Abstract
The research includes the study of energy and its sources, both conventional and
renewable, then the sources of electrical energy production of all kinds,
traditional and renewable, the study of electrical generating stations with
traditional sources of energy, then studying the laboratory steam station at the
university, clarifying its parts, then studying making improvements by studying
the design of a flat-plate collector that works To heat the feed water in order to
increase efficiency and reduce the operational cost of the plant
