Abstract
In most automatic control system, a protection device must be used against phase reflection or phase fall, which is known as phase sequence , because it is known that reversing the sequence of the three phases or the fall of any one of them leads to many problems, especially when operating the engines. If there is a reversal in the order of the three phases, the direction of the engine's rotation is reflected, leading to damage to the engine-driven mechanical load. In order to avoid the problems of the sequence of the stages will be monitored phases by monitoring all phases using an electronic circuit to identify the correct sequence and can be used to output this circuit with the control system. The electronic circuit of the relay of the phases was implemented through the proteus program and was implemented in the desired image and it only works when arranging the phases and also does not work when one of the phases is dropped. This device is a very important device in various industrial applications' and is mainly used to monitor (feed tension - voltage difference) and succession of phases for equipment operating on three stages such as cranes, pumps, engines, agricultural machinery and fixed and mobile cooling rooms and have a significant impact on the protection of workers and different equipment Such as cranes, escalators elevators, mixers and others.

في معظم دوائر التحكم الآلي يجب استخدام جهاز حماية ضد انعكاس الأطوار أو سقوط طور وهو ما يعرف باسم تتابع الأطوار , لان من المعروف أن انعكاس ترتيب الأطوار الثلاثة أو سقوط أي واحد منهم يؤدي إلي مشاكل كثيرة خاصة عند تشغيل المحركات. إذا حدث انعكاس في ترتيب الأطوار الثلاثة نجد إن اتجاه دوران المحرك ينعكس ومما يؤدي إلي حدوث تلف في الحمل الميكانيكي الذي يديره المحرك. لكي نتفادى مشاكل ترتيب الأطوار سيتم مراقبه الأطوار من خلال مراقبة كل الأطوار وذلك باستخدام دائرة الكترونيه للتعرف علي الترتيب الصحيح ويمكن استخدام خرج هذه الدائرة مع منظومة التحكم. وتم تنفيذ الدائرة الإلكترونيه لجهاز تتابع الأطوار عن طريق برنامج البروتوس وتم تنفيذا بالصورة المطلوب وأنها لا تعمل إلا عند ترتيب الأطوار وأيضا لا تعمل عند سقوط احد الاطوار. يعتبر هذا الجهاز من الأجهزة المهمة جدا في التطبيقات الصناعية المختلفة ’وتستخدم بشكل اساسي لمراقبة (توتر التغذية –فرق الجهد)و تعاقب الأطوار للتجهيزات التي تعمل علي ثلاثة اطوار مثل الروافع والمضخات والمحركات والالآت الزراعية وغرف التبريد الثابتة والمتنقلة ولها اثر كبير في حماية العاملين والتجهيزات المختلفة من اخطار الدوران العكسي مثل الروافع والسلالم الكهربائية والمصاعد والخلاطات وغيرها.
