| dc.description.abstract | المستخلص تحتاج جميع المنشآت الي عازل تام من الرطوبة والامطار والمياه الجوفية والسطحية ورشحها فمن مساوئ تأثير الرطوبة ومياه الرشح على المباني انها تساعد على تلف عناصر موادها الإنشائية والبنائية مما يؤدي الي قصر عمر المبنى . يهدف هذا البحث الي التعرف على طرق تنفيذ العزل المائي وأهميته وانواعه والمواد المستخدمة في العزل المائي وخصائص ومميزات وعيوب هذه المواد المستخدمة وتوضيح خطوط الدفاع الأساسية للعزل المائي . توصل البحث ألى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها عدم توفر العمالة المهرة في تنفيذ اعمال العزل يعد مشكلة من مشاكل العزل في السودان لذلك هناك بعض المهندسين يتفادوا استخدام المواد التي تحتاج الي عمالة ماهرة في العمل. كما توصل البحث الي مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها انه يجب اتباع إجراءات السلامة اللازمة عند تنفيذ أي عملية عزل وضرورة الاهتمام بالاختبارات وطرق المعالجة المناسبة لمكونات الاسطح وحوائط المباني واهمية معالجة جميع الفتحات والشقوق في اغلفة المباني بعناية كبيرة والاهتمام بتدريب وتطوير مهارات العمالة وتعاون الشركات مع الجامعات في تدريب الطلاب ومساعدتهم في هذا الجانب. Abstract All installations need to be completely insulated from moisture, rain, groundwater and surface and sprayed. It is the disadvantages of the effect of moisture and water leaching on buildings, it helps to damage the elements of its structural and structural materials, which leads to shortening the life of the building. This research aims at identifying the methods of implementing water insulation, its importance, types, materials used in water insulation, characteristics, characteristics and disadvantages of these materials, and clarifying the basic lines of defense for water insulation. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which is the lack of skilled labor in the implementation of the insulation work is a problem of isolation problems in Sudan, so there are some engineers avoid using materials that need skilled labor at work. The study also concluded a number of recommendations, the most important of which is that safety procedures should be followed when implementing any isolation process.
