The study came under the of management and it is impact on evaluation the performance of workers applying to s Nile Valley University. In the first chapter the study talked about the nature and concepts of knowledge management , the characteristics and foundations of establishing knowledge management and models of knowledge management. In The second chapter , the study talked about the concept and importance of performance evaluation methods of performance evaluation. In the third chapter , the study talked about an introduction to Nile Valley University , data , analysis and hypothesis testing. The study came out with some conclusions and recommendations.
