اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧﻠص ﺗﻌد ﺻﻧﺎﻋﺔ اﻻﺷﻛﺎل اﻟﺑﻼﺳﺗﯾﻛﯾﺔ ﻣن اﻟﺻﻧﺎﻋﺎت اﻟﻣﻌﻘدة ﻧوﻋﺎ ﻣﺎ ﻓﻼ ﺑد ﻣن ﻧظﺎم ﯾﺗﺣﻛم ﻓﻲ اﺟزاء ﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﺻب اﻻﺷﻛﺎل اﻟﺑﻼﺳﺗﯾﻛﯾﺔ ﻋﺑر ﻧظﺎم ﻣﻌﯾن ، وﯾرﺑط ﺟﻣﯾﻊ اﺟزاء اﻟﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﻟﺗﻌﻣل ﻛﻣﻧظوﻣﺔ ﻣﺗﻛﺎﻣﻠﺔ. وﺗم اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺣﺎﻛم اﻟﻣﻧطﻘﻲ اﻟﻣﺑرﻣﺞ ﻣن اﺻدار ﺷرﻛﺔ ﺳﯾﻣﻧز وﺗﻣت اﻟﺑرﻣﺟﺔ ﻋن طرﯾق ﺑرﻧﺎﻣﺞ اﻟﻣﺎﯾﻛرووﯾن. ﻛﻣﺎ ﺗم ﺗﺻﻣﯾم وﺗﻧﻔﯾد داﺋرة اﻟﺗﺣﻛم ﺑﻌد وﺗم ﺗﺻﻣﯾم ﻧﻣوذج ﻟﻠﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ وﺗوﺻﯾل ﻋﻣل دراﺳﺔ واﺟراء ﺗﺟﺎرب ﻋﻠﻲ ﺑراﻣﺞ اﻟﻣﺣﺎﻛﺎة اﻻﺟزاء اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾل اﻟﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ. ادي اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟﺣﺎﻛم اﻟﻣﻧطﻘﻲ دور ﻓﻌﺎل ﺟدا واﺳﺗﺟﺎﺑﺔ ﺳرﯾﻌﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾل ، وﻗﻠﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻻﻋطﺎل ﻣﻊ اﻣﻛﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﺗوﺻﯾل اﻟﺣﺳﺎﺳﺎت اﻟﺗﻣﺎﺛﻠﯾﺔ واﻟرﻗﻣﯾﺔ اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﺧص ﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﺻب اﻻﺷﻛﺎل اﻟﺑﻼﺳﺗﯾﻛﯾﺔ واﻟﺗﻲ ادت اﻟﻲ دﻗﺔ وﻣوﺛوﻗﯾﺔ ﻋﺎﻟﯾﺔ ﻹﺗﻣﺎم ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﺗﺷﻛﯾل اﻟﻣﻧﺗﺞ ﻣﻣﺎ اﻧﻌﻛس ﻋﻠﻲ ﺟودﺗﮫ اﻟﻌﺎﻟﯾﺔ. واﺣﺗوي ﺗﺻﻣﯾم داﺋرة اﻟﺗﺣﻛم ﻟﻠﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﻋﻠﻲ طرﯾﻘﺗﯾن ﻓﻲ اﻟﺗﺣﻛم اﺣدھﻣﺎ اوﺗوﻣﺎﺗﯾﻛﯾﺔ ﺗﻘوم ﺑﺎﻟﺗﺣﻛم ﻓﻲ ﺟﻣﯾﻊ ﻣراﺣل اﻟﻌﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﺑزر ﺗﺷﻐﯾل واﺣد وﺗﺗﻛرر اﻟﻣراﺣل ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﯾﺎ وﻻ ﺗﺗوﻗف اﻻ ﺑﺎﻟﺿﻐط ﻋﻠﻲ ﻣﻔﺗﺎح اﻻﯾﻘﺎف او ﺣدوث أي ﺧﻠل ﻓﻲ أي ﻣرﺣﻠﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻣراﺣل وﻋن طرﯾق اﻟﺣﺳﺎﺳﺎت ﺗﺗوﻗف اﻟﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﻓورا، أﻣﺎ اﻟطرﯾﻘﺔ اﻟﺛﺎﻧﯾﺔ ﯾدوﯾﺔ ﺣﯾث ﯾﺗم ﺗﺷﻐﯾل واﯾﻘﺎف أي ﺟزء ﻣن اﺟزاء اﻟﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ ﻟوﺣده ، وذﻟك ﻹﺟراء ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺎت اﻟﺻﯾﺎﻧﺔ او اﺧﺗﺑﺎر اﺟزاء اﻟﻣﺎﻛﯾﻧﺔ، ھﺎﺗﯾن اﻟطرﯾﻘﺗﯾن ﻣدﻣﺟﺗﯾن ﻓﻲ داﺋرة ﺗﺣﻛم واﺣدة ﻋن طرﯾق اﻟﻣﺧطط اﻟﺳﻠﻣﻲ ﻛﻣﺎ ﻣوﺿﺢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻔﺻل اﻟﺧﺎﻣس، ﻛﻣﺎ ادت ھذه اﻟداﺋرة اﻟﻲ ﻧﺟﺎح ﻋﻣﻠﯾﺔ ﺻب اﻻﺷﻛﺎل اﻟﺑﻼﺳﺗﯾﻛﯾﺔ ﺑﻛﻔﺎءة ﻋﺎﻟﯾﺔ وذﻟك ﻟﻣﺎ ﯾﺗﻣﯾز ﺑﮫ اﻟﺣﺎﻛم اﻟﻣﻧطﻘﻲ اﻟﻣﺑرﻣﺞ ﻓﺿﻼ ﻋن اﺳﺗﺧدام اﻟطرق اﻟﺗﻘﻠﯾدﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺣﻛم. Abstract The plastic shape industry is a rather complex industry, it is necessary to control the parts of the plastic molding machine through a specific system and connect all parts of the machine to serve as an integrated system. The programmable logic controller was used for the s7-200 version of the siemens and the programming was done by micro/win . the control circuit was designed and implemented after the study and testing of the simulations. the machine model is designed and the electrical parts are connected to the operation. The use of logic governor programmed a very effective role and rapid response in operation, and a few failures with the possibility of connecting the analogue and digital sensors belonging to the plastic molding machine, which led to the accuracy and reliability of high completion of the process of product formation, which reflected the high quality. The design of the machine control circuit contains two control methods, one automatic control of all stages of the operation with one operation button, and the stages are repeated automatically, stopping only by pressing the stop key or failure at any stage and by sensors the machine stops immediately. Each part of the machine is operated and stopped on its own for maintenance or testing of machine parts. These two methods are integrated into one control circuit by the peaceful plan as described in Chapter 5. This circuit also resulted in the successful casting of plastic shapes This is because of its logical logic as well as the use of traditional methods of control.
