Abstract
يهدف البحث الى عمل نظام عقود الكترونية للحكومة مربوط بالسجل المدني لمواطنين في دولة السودان
وكذلاك من خلال الموقع يمكن انشاء عقد واختيار محامي وكتابة رقم وطني للطرف الثاني
وعرض حالة العقود اذا تمت موافقة عليها من محامي او طرف الثاني
وعرض العقود المعقلة لموافقة عليها او الرفض بالنسبة الى محامي او الطرف الثاني
ويمكن ان يكون الشخص مرة طرف اول ومرة طرف ثاني في نفس وقت
وبناء على اختبار نظام تم وصول الى نتائج منها
سهولة الوصول لموقع باستخدام الحواسيب وتقليل تكلفة فتكلفة دخول لموقع رخيصة والإجراءات سهلة لمواطنين ويمكن تعاقد في أي زمن واي وقت ومن أي مكان
ومن توصيات لهذا البحث
انشاء العقد في النظام بدلا من جلب العقد من جهاز للطرف الأول و محامي يرسل العقد لطرف الأول فيه جميع معلومات العقد واطرافه وإدخال دفع الكتروني للنظام
Abstract
The research aims to establish a system of electronic contracts for the government linked to the civil registry of citizens in the State of Sudan
You can also through the site create a contract, choose a lawyer and write a national number for the second party
View the status of contracts if they have been approved by a lawyer or a second party
Provide reasonable consent or refusal contracts with respect to the attorney or second party
Anyone can be a first party and once a second party at the same time
Based on system testing, results were obtained from them
Easy access to the site using computers and reduce cost. The cost of entering the site is cheap, the procedures are easy for citizens, and the contract can be concluded at any time, any time and from anywhere.
Among the recommendations for this research
Create the contract in the system instead of bringing the contract from a device to the first party and a lawyer sends the contract to the first party in which all contract information and parties are entered and electronic payment is entered into the system
