    Effect Of Cigarette Smoking On Low Density Lipoprotein Level In Elbadri University 2019

    Case control study the study was done From February 2 to May 5 to assess the effect of cigarette smoking on low density lipoproteins (LDL) in smoker students in university of Elshikh Abdullah Elbadri . The personal data of subjects including age, gender, duration of smoking were collected in structured questionnaire. Serum, or sodium heparinized plasma collected by standard procedures. A total number of 60 person , 30 are healthy people control , and other 30 are smoker. LDL cholesterol levels in serum was obtained using a BA400 analyzer. There are association between smoking and increase the serum levels of LDL-C in serum withP. value(0.0027).Cigarette smoking cessation increases serum levels of LDL-C. V المستخلص: أجريت هذه الدراسة في الفترة من فبراير الى مايو 2019بغرض تحديد تأثير تدخين السجائر على ال البروتين الشحمي خفيض الكثافة في الطالب المدخنين في جامعه الشيخ عبدالله البدرى . شملت الدراسة العمر ,النوع ,مدة التدخين وغيرها من البيانات باستخدام الاستبيان. تجمع العينات (مصل الدم أو بالزما الدم )بطريقة نموذجية لعدد 60 شخص, 30منهم اصحاء و30 منهم مدخنين. وجدت علاقة بين التدخين وإرتفاع مستوى البروتين الشحمي خفيض الكثافة
